  • The software is extremely easy to set up and use. When it worked it was great.
  • I tried the free trial and liked the experience. I just didn't have the justification for the expense at this time but will look at it again as I grow.
  • I loved how you are able to add a first comment when scheduling Instagram posts. This is perfect for hashtags.
  • I really liked the reporting. It was nice to see where the most traffic and engagement was happening.

Cons of Social Report

  • Until recently, posting on Instagram was a bit more difficult than the other social media platforms.
  • Sometimes, the site is very slow and times out. Also, the mobile app is fairly limited in functionality compared to the website.
  • I little bit confused to use. And too much option makes us confused what is the function of each feature.
  • This software tries so hard, and doesn't quite make the cut.
