Billing and Subscription
Group Buy Expert accepts payment via Card and Paypal for a 30-day usage period. Your billing cycle will begin on the 1st date of payment and run for 30 days. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel.
You must cancel your subscription at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period. Once a recurring payment has been charged, it cannot be refunded.
To cancel your subscription, please contact us via live chat as soon as possible.
Usage and Sharing
Our services are intended for individual use only. You are not permitted to share your account or tools with anyone else.
If you require multiple subscriptions, please purchase them separately for each user.
Sharing your account or tools will result in an immediate ban from our service.
You may only use our services on one system/PC/laptop per membership account.
Restrictions on Usage
Our services are designed for small entrepreneurs and small organizations. Heavy usage of tools is not allowed.
If we detect heavy usage, your account may be banned.
For heavy usage, please purchase a separate subscription for each specific tool.
Prohibited Activities
You may not sell, rent, or share our accounts, tools, browser, or services with any third parties.
Only fair usage of our services is allowed. Bulk checking or abuse of services may result in a ban.
Multiple IP logins, RDP, VPN, and proxies are strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation of this policy will be automatically blocked.
Service Access
Some of our tools may be accessed using our browser extension.
Verification Process
To protect our tools from spammers, leechers, and bad users, we may require users to undergo a verification process. This may include providing us with your Facebook Profile and Skype ID for proper verification.
Refund Policy
Due to the significant investment required to maintain our system, we do not offer refunds for tools or for minor downtime.
Restrictions on IP Access
Our system automatically blocks access from multiple IPs. Our extension will not work when using a VPN or proxy. Access to login using RDP, VPN, or proxies is not allowed.
No refunds will be provided if you are found to be violating these terms.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Group Buy Expert reserves the right to change account limits, pricing, availability, validity, and refund policy for any service at any time if there is a change on the official site.
