Once you sign up, setup is as easy as copying a small snippet and adding it to the header of your site. One snippet and you’re done – no special fields, configurations etc, it’s that easy.
FullStory is a great tool that everyone in a growing SaaS company should have. If you can’t afford FullStory, then you can use HotJar which I have used in the past and is just as good.
Although the actual product is great, what I really love about FullStory is their monthly newsletter. Subscribe to it if you are serious about understanding your customers.
