JumpSend Review
Let’s unpack this deal site for both Amazon sellers and customers, with the most comprehensive Jump Send review available. I’ll also share alternatives.
Because there are a lot of great deal websites going around. Is Jump Send any good, both as a buyer or seller? It’s good to find out.
Many people want to know how this works, so I’ll do my best to evaluate everything here with the answers.
What is JumpSend?
JumpSend is an online tool that helps boost retail sales, enhances the analysis levels, and increases your product’s reach to customers. The tool comes from the makers of “Jungle Scout,” which offers solutions to help Amazon sellers to get both reviews and sales.
JumpSend basically has a marketplace with more than 100,000 active shoppers who are looking for product promotions and deals. It also features an auto-responder for shoppers to communicate with sellers after they have bought their products.
Overall, it is a tool, which makes reaching to your target audience much easily than before. Since it is product specific, you’ll have the entire information required to rectify or correct any error that you would have made.
JumpSend Main Features Review
At times when your business plans tend to rise and fall with the tempo of a rollercoaster, JumpSend is here to help you clear up the mess. To make sure everything is well-organized and structured, the tool has two principal features:
JumpSend Product Launches & Ranking
This tool is responsible for orchestrating an effective distribution of coupons and bringing in more sales to your JumpSend Amazon product listings. How does it work exactly? Let’s take a closer look at how the feature allows you to bring bold ideas into reality.
The first thing you should take into account is jumpsend deals marketplace where thousands of active shoppers make purchases. This way, clients can look for bargains and categorize deals by applying filters, including price, discount percentage, or category and search term . Once they’ve found an interesting offer, they can get a coupon to use on Amazon.
As you can see from the description, this feature is the most suitable solution for business starters who want to generate sales volume, launch new products and get their first ranking results in no time. Hopefully, JumpSend can give you this and even more, because another important task the tool fulfills is...
JumpSend Email Automation & Reviews
Apart from being an Amazon seller, you are also a human who has duties, promises and daily tasks. Let’s be honest: sometimes you just lack time to even answer business partners on messenger, let alone informing clients via email letters. Yet, there’s no need to have regrets or keep blaming yourself for what you can’t possibly do when there are so many things to handle. JumpSend has a very convenient feature known as an autoresponder to ease your life. This feature ensures timely correspondence with every customer and timely responses to each review.
More importantly, JumpSend syncs with your Seller Central account through Amazon API - this makes the process of email automation setup much simplified. For example, the tool can send customers letters of gratitude once they buy something or ask for reviews when the product is in the delivery status.
Pros of JumpSend
- Shown to boost reviews
- Boosted reviews boost sales
- Totally compliant
- Affordable pricing tiers
- Sellers only get discount when they buy
Cons of JumpSend
- Doesn't work on all marketplaces
- Doesn't work with all products
- No shopper selection
How much does Jump Send cost? JumpSend Pricing and Discount with Promo, Coupon code
Jump Send has 4 different plans available and the only difference between them is the product limit for promotions you can run simultaneously.
All plans provide access to the below features:
- Access to over 100,000 shoppers on the marketplace
- Premium analytics on promotions
- Ability to distribute unlimited coupons to shoppers
Where the plans differ is with the following simultaneous product limits:
- Starter Plan ($29 a month) – limit of 3 product promotions
- Entrepreneur ($59 a month) – limit of 10 product promotions
- Business ($99 a month) – limit of 25 product promotions
- Enterprise ($199 a month) – limit of 100 product promotions
If you have the Starter plan, you can still run more than 3 product promotions each month, just not at the same time. You can run promotions for 3 products simultaneously, then stop one of the promotions when it has achieved its target and start a promotion for another product.
The Starter plan provides excellent value for most Amazon sellers getting started with less than 6 products. The pricing structure is actually great value, because there is no limit on the number of coupons you can send or the number of products you can run promotions on during the month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, there is a 3-day free trial. It’s not very long but it’s enough to allow you to test it out with a product and get some sales for an existing product.
Let see reviews from member who used JumpSend
- JumpSend worked for me to get my first 4 reviews, and also to get my seller account reviewed. However, after a while, people who get the discounts will be unable to leave reviews. Personally, if I was going to use JumpSend again I'd consider using JumpSend to get 1 or 2 reviews (selling about 25-50 stock) and then just drop my price on Amazon itself.
- JumpSend seem to be an ok company to me, and I used JumpSend for a bit to try to energize a product. It's really hard to tell if any jump in ranking or new reviews are because of them though. I also learned that a LOT of people are opting out of emails, so follow up emails never got to the buyer. I'm glad I gave JumpSend a go, but for us it was a short lived experiment.
- We were consider using Jump Send (Jungle Scout we're using recommends them) and we will resign for now and we will try to improve our email campaign. We use Feedback express right now.
- Coupons aren't a good way to get reviews right now. Amazon is seriously cracking down on fake reviews and they consider fake reviews as any reviews where the reviewer was "incentivized", i.e., coupons/discounts.
- This is what I do and it works very well for me - not as well as the days of incentivized reviews, but well nonetheless. Use a feedback management tool to send emails to your customers. Spend the time to create a really good email campaign. You're looking or open rates of AT LEAST 50%. This will help generate more reviews.
- For new products, use a product review monitoring tool to keep an eye on reviews on your new products as their coming in. This will help you prevent/fight any negative reviews that come in, because a single negative review on a new product is fatal.
- One of the tools they provide is automated customer messaging. You can fully customize it based on how many days to wait after delivery, how many messages to send, and the full content of the messages. After about a month of using their service, I can safely say that this feature is nearly worthless.
- I use jumpsend and use it solely for messaging purposes. I stopped using it for discounted items, or generating sales. Initially, I'd say it helped me gain my first few sales through the discounted market but I can say that the messaging is also pretty rare... I have good reviews now that come organically, but I'm not too sure what the conversion is from Jumpsend
Conclusion
Concluding our Jump Send review, we can say that Jump Send is the best market for Amazon sellers at this point in time. It is effective in distributing coupons to increase sales, improve placement and bring a successful Amazon product to market.
Since the change of Amazon terms of service in 2016, it has become increasingly difficult to get a product to market and get these first sales and revisions. Before 2016, there were a large number of Jump Send alternatives, which frankly were better advised because they had larger markets or better auditors.
However, as Amazon’s rules change, many competitors have not been adjusted or closed as they are content to comply with Amazon’s terms of service.
